This policy explains how FirstCue, LLC ("FirstCue," "we") handles information for our business customers (the contractors who use FirstCue) and for the callers who reach those businesses through FirstCue.
Call recordings, transcripts, and intake details belong to our customer (the business). We act as a service provider processing that data on the customer's behalf to deliver the service.
We do not sell your data or your callers' data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We rely on trusted providers to operate FirstCue, and share only what's needed for them to perform their function:
We keep account and call data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward unless you ask us to delete it. You can request export or deletion of your data (see Contact).
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy and will post the new date above; for material changes we'll provide notice.
FirstCue sends SMS service messages — new-call alerts, job details, and transfer or callback notifications — only to mobile numbers added to a recipient in your dashboard. SMS notifications are on by default, but you'll only receive texts if a mobile number is added under a recipient's info. Notifications can be turned off in your dashboard settings at any time, or by removing the mobile number. You may also stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your or your callers' mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; mobile information is never shared with third parties.
