Terms of Service (summary)

FirstCue is a 24/7 AI phone dispatcher for inbound calls — it answers your forwarded calls, runs intake, books or routes jobs, and notifies the recipients you choose. Inbound only. Calls are recorded with a disclosure greeting; you authorize FirstCue to record, transcribe, and store calls on your behalf and are responsible for ensuring recording is permitted for your callers and locations.

Billing: 14-day free pilot; a payment method is collected up front but not charged during the pilot. Unless you cancel before the pilot ends, your plan begins automatically at the listed monthly rate. Plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime; monthly payments are non-refundable and not prorated.

Privacy Policy (summary)

We collect account data and call data (recordings, transcripts, caller details) to deliver the service. Call data belongs to you; we act as a service provider. We do not sell your or your callers' data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing. You can request export or deletion.

Data Processing Agreement (summary)

As your service provider under the CCPA, FirstCue processes call data only to provide the service, does not sell or share it, does not use it outside our relationship with you, protects it to CCPA standards, gives you audit rights, assists with consumer requests, and binds our subprocessors to the same rules. You accept this DPA together with the Terms and Privacy Policy below.

SMS / text (managed in your dashboard)

SMS job alerts are sent only to mobile numbers you add to a recipient in your dashboard. SMS notifications are on by default, but you'll only receive texts if a mobile number is added under a recipient's info. Notifications can be turned off in your dashboard settings at any time, or by removing the mobile number. You may also stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
